Cenzelle accepts returns under specific conditions where the product meets our return eligibility guidelines. Since our products are men’s fashion accessories, primarily belts, every item undergoes a strict quality inspection before shipment. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return.
We do not accept returns for reasons related to size preference, change of mind, or personal dislike after the product has been delivered. Our goal is to maintain hygiene and product integrity for all customers.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- A return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions on where to send your return package. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
All returns must be shipped using a reliable carrier with valid tracking information. Cenzelle is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance or using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
Cenzelle does not issue prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for preparing the package, labeling it correctly, and shipping it back using their chosen courier. The cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.
For quality and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Belts that have been worn, used, or adjusted
- Products missing original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been processed.
