1. Shipping Coverage

Cenzelle currently offers shipping within the United States. All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment facility located in Fresno, California. We are continually working to expand our delivery reach, and any updates regarding new service areas will be posted on our website.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Cenzelle cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

2. Shipping Charges

Cenzelle applies a flat-rate shipping cost of $16 on every order, regardless of the destination or quantity of items purchased. This cost covers the full handling, packaging, and carrier charges required to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We do not charge any additional taxes or hidden fees — the total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-08:00) on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our business hours and order cut-off time are the same: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (GMT-08:00).

4. Handling Time

Once your order is received within our cut-off hours, our team immediately begins preparing it for shipment.

During this time, your order is verified, quality checked, securely packaged, and handed over to our shipping partner.

5. Transit and Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier efficiency.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier delays beyond our control.

6. Tracking Your Order


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to follow your shipment’s journey in real time.

If you have not received a tracking number within two business days after placing your order, please contact our support team at contact@cenzelle.store. We will assist you immediately.

7. Delivery and Responsibility

All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party carriers. Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the item transfer to the customer.

If you experience any issue with delivery such as missing packages, delayed shipments, or incorrect addresses please reach out to us. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned to Cenzelle due to address errors, non-delivery, or customer absence will require additional shipping charges to be resent.

We highly recommend double checking your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations. Orders placed to restricted addresses will be canceled and refunded.

10. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we do our best to deliver every order within the promised time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, transportation issues, or carrier limitations. Cenzelle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external logistics factors, but our support team will always help you track and resolve delivery concerns.

11. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 3 business days of delivery. We will file a claim with the courier and work with you to find a fair resolution. Our goal is to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to change your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible during our business hours.
